A cancellation/ no-show fee will apply if the clinic is not notified 24 hours in advance of your scheduled visit.
Due to confidentiality concerns, our front desk staff is unable to provide any patient results by phone, fax or email. Please book in an appointment with the doctor to discuss your results.
There are some clinic services that are NOT covered by your MSP. Please call us to find out about the pricing.
In general, we do not refill prescriptions by fax or phone.
