Medical Records Transfer and Copies
For patients wishing to find a new provider or needing a copy of their medical records, we have coordinated with MedRecords (a non-profit association endorsed by the Doctors of BC) to facilitate the record storage and transfer at a minimal cost. All medical record requests effective immediately will be processed through MedRecords.
You may transfer a copy of your medical records to yourself or your new physician by:

We are located on the 7th floor of the Neelu Bachra Building between Ash and Cambie.We take care of the whole family.
