If you have not signed up for internet booking with our clinic, please follow the instructions below. Please allow up to 1 week for us to authenticate that you are a registered patient with our clinic. This is being done to protect availability of our appointments to registered clinic patients only.

Please note it is office policy to charge $50 if you miss, reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. You will be unable to cancel your appointment or reschedule changes online within 24 hours of your appointment and will need to call the office if you require any changes.
